Game Chat effects Signs

who thinks it was a good idea for Mojang to make all signs, books, etc to be always censored unless game chat is on? who thinks they should have left them the way they were where game chat wasn't needed to see them? i personally think they should have left things the way they were before they changed it. or at least add another slider to turn off mic and voice chat volume.
