    If we're reaching outside of Street Fighter, then Mike Haggar. Because after all these years, I still need to see him and Gief fight. :P

    I really want to see C. Viper, Sakura and Sagat return as DLC for Street Fighter V. I also hope to see Haggar from Final Fight as well since Guy, Cody, Sodom, Hugo, Poison and Rolento were originated from Final Fight and had already made their playable debuts in this series. For characters from Street Fighter III, I would love to see Sean, Gill, Remy, Necro, Oro and Yun (Yang) make a comeback.

    Morrigan hasn't officially appeared in any SF game. (Only in Super Gem Fighter/ Pocket fighter, but that was a spin off so it don't count.) As for characters I wanna see... Mike Haggar, Guy, and Cody. (Final fight.) Twelve. (SFIII) Yun and Yang. (SFIII) Adon (SFI/Alpha) C. Viper (SFIV) Hakan (SFIV)
