    You need to focus on playing as characters you are good with. Edge guarding is key and never let your guard down. Don't fall for the bait, as people will stand there and wait for you to attack so they can dodge and counterattack.

    well im best with lightweight characters and cloud and ryu. im trying to get good with lucas.

    If anything, and I don't know if this will work for you, train with Cloud first. I personally feel he's the easiest to play out of the three. I'm just getting better with Ryu, and Lucas I play, but not all the time. Other than that, I wish you the best of luck.
