For the first time
I drew for the first time in my art classe something realistic... At the beginning i tought my drawing will be a trash, but no, it'was cool, i like it now ^^ and i'm proud of it ...

That's great that you have you're sister helping you. I think I understand now. You're anxious in social situations. You have a good self esteem & you're not worried about judging so that has to be it, right? Do you mind telling me about that bad experience that made you anxious? Ohhh ok. They just want to be private. If they choose to talk about it, then talk, if not, leave them be. :)

I don't understand your question, sorry A lot of people humiliated me when i was on the 7th and 8th grade, and when i began (or maybe "i has begun" ?) to do panick attack it get worst 'cause i was afraid of did a panick attack again.

realized that I am normal but I had Social Anxiety Disorder because I'm afraid of not being able to talk like them & I wanted to be accepted. I realized now that I'm meant to talk about deep, meaningful things because I'm an introvert. So now I have accepted who I am & put the past behind me because I can't let it affect me like that. Yes, i'm anxious only in social situation, of course sometime i feel anxious for another reasons, but most of the time it's in social situation. Thank you very much for clarifying. I know what you mean. Social situations can be very uncomfortable because you're around people you don't know. It can be very overwhelming at times but just know that if no one is judging you, then that means they can relate to some of the things you're going through. :) Everyone experiences anxiety in social situations, too. Just know that you're not alone. ^^

If you let people know that you're anxious, then they may be able to relate to you. As they speak about how they are feeling, you'll be able to feel comfortable because you'll know that you're not the only one feeling the same thing. ^^ Maybe next time you're in a social situation, you can be calm & have fun because everyone can feel the same way you do sometimes. Yes. If you just happen to be talking to someone in a social situation who seems nice & you tell them you're anxious, then they'll try to comfort & ease you which will put your anxiety to rest. Also, try taking a deep breath which will also calm you & you'll feel much better. :)

Most of the time my sister really help me, but she can't be here everytime. And when i'm too anxious she can't do something, she could calm my anxietu, but if it's too much, she couldn't do anything... (ps: sorry to answer you so late)

Is there anyone who understands your anxiety like your sister does? If the answer is no, then are you sure you can't relax yourself and suppress the feeling? I really don't want to say that you should go to the doctor because pills can't be the solution to everything. (It's okay. I haven't been on here for some time because I'm going through a little depression phase. ^^")

Like my sister no, but some of my friends understand it. i can relax when i'm social situation, most of the time i take pills before i go to this events and when i become anxious even if i took pills i use different relaxing techniques for calm myself, but this things aren't usefull sometime, and the thing which worry me is that this technique become more and more useless with time ... Sorry for the late reply. I've been really busy & changing things about myself that's been holding me back from living a good life. Watch these videos called "The Lion Attitude" and "Develop a STRONG mind" by the YouTube channel called Team Fearless. They are motivational videos that I just watched & now I'm more confident & fearless. I, myself know that I can't help you no matter how try.
