(okay this character has already been mentioned, it's wendy's brother wendel age:23 powers:he can use these wires that latch on to people and control them, but the range is only a few feet, though the wires are longer then that backstory:after disappearing he basically had a m e n t a l b r e a k d o w n and is a does what the mist man wants is this fine,oh and i gtg to be night)

Vera shook her head as they exited the hospital. "Mm, no, I'm afraid not. I'm not sure they'd listen if I were to try contacting them, either." They left the group on a sour note, so she couldn't imagine they'd be willing to hear her out now. "Who?" Alba questioned immediately, having never met the latter of the two. Nevertheless, she shrugged it off quickly, eager to forget her own mistakes.
