バトルの読み合いについて

何か対戦で使える読み合いテクニックはありますか？例えば、Z技を撃ってきそうな相手に残りHP少ないポケモンを出して被害を抑える ↑こんな感じで使えるものがあったら教えて欲しいです

かなりマイナーとこ突くかもしれませんが、時間経過によって「迷ってるな」と錯覚させ、メガクチートのふいうちを何回かその方法で釣って惑わせに成功したかもしれないときが何回かあるかもしれません時間経過は相手の直感に結びつくとこなのでマイナーというよりシビアといったところですかね
