@ Allen it's important to know the girl well. what she's into, books,clothing,food etc. finding the right girl is all about compatibility. u say she doesn't notice u? well then give her a reason to notice u. do or talk about something she's into. start of as friends and go for something more meaningful when ur ready. remember don't rush things. the stronger ur friendship, the better ur chance.
