    @Pro-Gamer: Basically Rare Fragments will pop up every now and again during fights, but only on the first phase of the fight (before the timer stops and they power up). Getting rare fragments is all chance, however the chance to find one gets higher and higher with more missions you complete. Like I have 247/256 of them and I farm them on the final level. But trying to get them is better later on.
