いつのまに通信で配信されている「合体解禁のおしらせ1～4」で解禁される悪魔のことでしょうか。読んで字の如くです(駄) いずれも特殊合体で作成することができ、悪魔全書の収集率に影響を与えません。現在は2BR追加スキルなどが収録された特殊なアドオンセットの配信を含めて、 1から4まで一つずつ(3と4の間にアドオンが挟まります)、週替わりで配信されているはずです。つまり一ヵ月ちょっと待てば全部受け取れると思います。いつのまに通信の設定・配信データの受け取りはメニュー内通信項から行えます。

もしかしたらこっちの話かもしれないんで書いておくと、異邦人さんたちは発売から間もない時期の限定配信でした。現在は配信されていません。配信データを受け取ることで悪魔全書に登録され、システム上仲魔として扱われますが、合体に用いることはできません(そりゃそうだ)。いつのまに通信での配信は終了しており、再配信される様子はありませんが、ご利用の2BRがパッケージ版であれば、「当時、異邦人の配信を受け取った3DS」を調達することで、理屈の上では今からでも入手できると思います。リアルに熱心なデビサバファンの友達がいれば可能性があるかも、という話です。なお、全員、性能的には割とどうでもいい感じです。
