    Start with a maxed out Spin Slash, then run up to it and spam up+B rapidly, so you land mutiple hits while constantly jumping up and down its trunk. Once it gets ticked off, run to the middle and guard when it shakes the apples loose. Whenever it jumps around, stay away from its shadow til it lands. Up+B Spam whenever its still, then rinse and repeat til its done.
