look i need help here i have a darkrai its shiny it has pokerus its in a red poke ball and it has a red star mark i can't tell if its legit or not the ot name is auslove tv

    As a rule of thumb, nothing with the OT AusLove is legitimate. And yeah, it's illegal for two reasons 1. Legal Darkrai can't be traded on WT or GTS. Not even the ribbonless New Moon Island one. 2. Shiny Darkrai cannot legally be in a Cherish Ball, as only the New Moon Island one could be shiny, and you actually had to catch it with pokeballs obtainable in Platinum.
