    You have to have a Pokemon with a similar Trainer ID to the loto number to win a prize. The more numbers that match up, the better the prize. With that being said, the more Pokemon you get from other trainers, the better the chance of you getting something good, so you'll want to do a lot of trading via the GTS or through Wondertrading.
