    If you radar chain properly (look up how that works somewhere, I can't explain it), it can go down to 1 in 200, and if a patch of grass sparkles, BOOM! Guranteed shiny!

    If you want to learn how to use the Poké Radar, I suggest you look up a tutorial (it's really complicated). As for the Shiny Charm, you have to complete the National Pokédex to get it
