I'm about to lose it.

Can someone explain why I'm good at everything but cannot perfect ANYTHING. Here's the situation: I am both stressed and depressed. I can't live my life anymore. I am freaking out about what I want to be and I'm only 18. I have no options, I am master at nothing. Now yes while it may seem like I don't need to be, my mind wants that mastery.
