    Stan, this is honest advice when I say that this place is in literal ruin. Many powerful clans lurk here after it was taken from F.O. couple years back. You can try to swoop in on a heavily guarded community and take it (though you will probs get spam-reported into oblivion), but DO NOT try this one. There are plenty of other less scarred spots. I can suggest some if you want.
