Dissidia vs. 012

What are the differences between the two dissidia games? For those who played both which is better?

012 has the Assist feature meaning whichever character you have as an Assist will help you out with either a normal attack or a HP-damaging attack. Plus 012 has more characters in the roster, plus Aerith (or Aeris) as an Assist-only DLC, than the original Dissidia. My opinion, go with 012. Hope this helps.

Does the playable charecter roster include the preivious characters? Or at least Cloud?
