    Electrium Z, Life Orb, Focus Sash, or Specs for offensive sets, or Assault Vest, Tapunium Z, or Electric Seed for defensive or supportive spreads. For the moves, any combo of Thunderbolt, Dazzling Gleam, HP Ice/Fire, Volt Switch, Discharge, or Nature's Madness could all work. I have seen many recently run Sky Drop in VGC for support.
