Taylor: (flies up, looking over the bay) Do you know where they are?

Maria didn't open her eyes. "In the trench. Call for Devon, I'm sure he'd be really glad to see you." Her peaceful tone was infused with a tinge of bitterness, disguised well. Paolo sunk his shoes into the soft sand of the trench floor, taking a long breath of saltwater. 'It got colder.'

Taylor: (puts her two pinkies to her mouth, blows, creating a whistling sound) Ana: (hears Taylor) (That's Taylor whistling for me.)

'Indeed it did,' Palina replied. A few of the anglers and eels started to stir uneasily. She chirped something to them. Moments later, they dispersed, but the anglers and eels that remained illuminated significantly more to make up for the now absent fish.

Paolo looked back at Ana. 'Go see what's up, then.' Gebbeth shook his head in annoyance before leaving what was left of Conten on the couch and teleporting himself to the hallway again. "Pesky, pesky guards. Trying to heal me, the nerve. If word of that reached our superiors..." He sighed, his smile irked.

Ana: (swims up to the surface) Taylor! Taylor: (flies down to Ana) There you are. Ana: Grab my back fin, quickly. Taylor: (lands on Ana's back, grabs her back fin) Ana: (dives back down, swims quickly over to trench where Paolo was)

As Paolo turned around to ask Ana what Taylor had needed, he froze midturn, his eyes widening. He began rapid gestures, most of which entailed the message, 'What the h3ll are you doing down here, you can't breathe water?!'

Paolo mutters something in Portuguese that didn't carry through the water, then turns away from the two. 'Fine, sure.' He swam up to the structure, looking around it. 'The heck is this place?' He thought. Three shrugged. "As I said, it /reeks/ of vanity." ((Last post, unfortunately))

Vanstro gave Agnés a thumbs up as he got up and stretched, the ED wounds finally healed over. He blinked, looking over at Gebbeth. "Wait, superiors? What superiors?" Palina looked over at Taylor. "Rather reckless to just come down here," she muttered in otter. "She seems to be fine, however, so I'll just leave her be."

Gebbeth rolled his eyes, his smile tired. "You must know of primordial beings, right? Your Keitim is one of them. Well, before time existed, these guys lounged around doing nothing. They were in Nothing. Now, right around when time started to happen, they started getting all arts-and-craftsy. Gods were made, and with gods came aether. With aether, universes were created. Simple enough so far, ok?"

"Well, about that. With aether came dark and antimatter, somewhat different from eachother. Antimatter was more or less the Nothing they previously inhabited. Dark matter was lethal to anything that didn't obey a certain person, as aether is lethal to anyone who doesn't serve Keitim. Dark matter belongs to the embodiment of malice, more or less. And of course, he's a businessman." (I just had to)

No winners would appear. However, Nothing comes into this again. As much as you all must be thinking of Void when I mention it, Void is extremely young compared to Nothing."

"In fact, Nothing has, as it's name implies, nothing as it's embodiment. Instead, it has a domain. Vanstro created Shades and we serve him faithfully, but they fall under the category of Nothing. A balancing act between two powerhouses. Though, I am a Gebbeth. This means, some power, either aether or dark matter, since I cannot remember anything from before I became a Gebbeth, corrupted me fully."

"So, as a Gebbeth Shade, this means I am..." He thinks for a moment, ignoring everybody's reactions to his explanation. "This means, as a power-corrupted balancer, I am 0.54% stronger than any primordial being currently in existance." Eru gaped at him, raising an eyebrow. "Old friend, you've been holding out on us." Gebbeth's smile turned mischievous. "I try."

Paolo poked his head inside the structure, gesturing for the others to stay back. 'Empty. But there are other rooms, I think. Whoever put this here had the sense to build a false interior.'

A current of water dragged Taylor back to the group. Palina shifted into a human and turned towards her. "It isn't wise to seperate," she said, her voice clear and audible. Vanstro sat down on the floor and put his legs up to his chest, then held them in place with his arms. His non-corrupted eye twitched briefly. "Okay. It'll be weird saying, um, Vanstro's name, but okay. Yeah. Okay."
