Question

What color Joycons?

Im getting a Switch soon, and IDK what color I want. I like how gray matches the system and would look the best when docked, but I do agree they look a bit boring. Red and Blue look awesome but the mix-match look throws me off. Another question: Since im getting 2 sets of Joycons, if I get another Blue/red set can I mix the sets to create 1 blue set and 1 red set?

    Personally, I say get all gray. I know it's really boring, but trust me, it's worth saving the money. Right now, I myself have been looking into getting a second set of these joy cons, and everywhere I've looked, they've been extremely expensive. Though any colored joy cons are just about twice the price of a gray set. I've even seen a colored set that's reached up to 100 dollars.

    @Jacob: Yes! Great Idea! The Brown color would look fantastic with my room and the that pineapple Laffy Taffy slime green color would be EPIC! Although, I don't think those colors are on the market right now.

    @Wibby I think you have a very good point. Not only are they cheaper, but much easier to find. Although, I'll only be 2 sets off Joycons for the 6 years I'll be primarily using the system, so I want to choose my colors carefully. My mom's giving me $500 dollars for the system and equipment, and so I think I could just get a cheaper case if I want to get colors.

    I think I've made my mind up on what I wanna do. Since the Red/Blue Switch Bundles are rare, (Or at least I've heard) I'll get a gray Joycon Switch to give me that matching feel I want. My second set will be Neon Yellow, because I love very light Greens and Neon colors, and because this is the Joycon set I originally wanted. Thanks so much everyone for your comments!

    @Wallfeboy Apparently there is no official orange color yet, just fan-made customs. We may get this color in the future though!
