Ever wonder why there are no seatbelts on school buses?

Because schools have already killed our creativity and our passion for life. They don't care if we die. We are just interchangeable pieces of their soul-crushing system...

    i have only been in one bus wreck way back in first grade (rammed into a fence) what happens on a icy road on december on a tight turn. didn't need a seat belt then

    I wondered that for a long time. There have actually been tons of bus accidents with students on them...But I think for one thing, it would cost a lot to get seatbelts in every bus. Not saying money is more important than children's lives. I just think that may be a small part of the reason, I don't know.

    I asked my mom that 1 time, & she said its because if a bus gets in a accident, the students have the back of the seats in front of them to stop them from getting hurt. Idk, but thats what my mom told me.

    The students have the protective seat in front, as the bus driver hasn't, so he/she has the seat belt. The tipping over, the seatbelt will make you take precious seconds needed to get out, along with in case of fire.
