Jade and Nitrox RP [part 3]

Part three of the RP between Jade and Nitrox.

Nitrox's Shadow: ... if you don't want one say so. -She looked at him concerned- Nitrox: -his eyes returned to normal as he regained himself, that steel-hard look of his quickly returning- may as well have someone leave a legacy for me. I can't keep my legs going forever. Nitrox's Shadow: okay, but promise me you'll never leave me. Nitrox: you have my word.

- Nitrox's Shadow created a Shadow Baby, it opened its eyes gripping its hands for Nitrox, he held it i his arms, it making noises, he handed back to Nitrox's Shadow, him smiling, moments later, a sharp crack of thunder filled the air, Nitrox's eyes wide open, the shot wasn't fatal, but where the bullet landed could have been, it landed in his right wrist, he spotted a glint out in the distance-

Nitrox: -he took off like a speed demon after the glint, a clearance of trees exploding moments later, Nitrox speeding back, the baby going from crying to laughing- heh... he's glad I'm okay. Nitrox's Shadow: it's actually a she... I made it that way. Nitrox: either way, gonna grow up to be a real speedster. I can feel it! - he smiles, the baby giggling uncontrollably-

-the baby looked at Nitrox's wrist and sucked on it, the wound was healed almost instantly, but still held onto his hand- No way, she's a Starlit Phoenix! Her ability is incredibly rare, but it's so helpful with wounds like mine!

(Jade stared at them, she smiled softly, and walked over to them.) Jade:Why, hello there! My name is Jade. Nice to meet you! (She gave a friendly smile, as she held out her index finger for the small newborn.)

-The newborn sucked on Jade's finger, but her gaze trasnfixed on Nitrox, her eyes catching the sunlight in a mesmerizing fashion, her shadow-y blue eyes making a galaxy in the middle of her eyes, but the star in the middle of that galaxy was shaped like a heart- Nitrox's Shadow: I think Starlit Phoenix Babies can accelerate their growth too. It might startle you but, it does it at its own will.

(LAST POST) -the newborn was suddenly wrapped in a vibrant blue flame, and blasting out of it, was a 14-year old self of the baby, very defined in some areas, but being very smart- Nitrox: Man, they grow up way too fast... -he chuckles- Y'know what, I think I'll give you the name Celestion Shadownius Phoenix- Celestion: -she hugs him tightly- Thanks, dad... Nitrox: -he gets a bit teary-eyed- Yup..

Jade:Aww, how sweet! (Suddenly, a new scientist ran out towards Jade, holding a vile of strange purple fluid, they seemed happy. "Look at what I di-", the young scientist tripped, spilling the purple fluid all over Jade, causing a large puff of purple smoke to appear. When it cleared, Jade had the ears and the tail of a wolf!) Jade:W-What the?!

Celestion: -she kisses him on the cheek, smiling as bright as Nitrox would whenever he's showing genuine happiness, squeezing him tight, refusing to let her grip go- Dad... Thank you. Nitrox: -he strokes her hair behind her ears, it was a jet black, but patterned like the stars- For what? I never did anything for you yet? Celestion: For bringing me to life... It was upon your wish you have me.

Celestion: -she squeezes him as tight as she can, Nitrox embracing her softly- That, and you're just so huggable. -she winks and sticks out her tongue to him- but seriously, I could get used to this warmth you share with everyone... It's like you're a gigantic heater, but your heart? That's the best part. The sound that you care about everyone as truly as it beats...

Nitrox: -he noticed that Jade got some new appendages to her- Ah... Oh dear. You seem to have been remade with that concoction that scientist was holding! Celestion: You must be my Aunty Jade! -she hugs her tight, but she frowns a lil'- You're missing a lotta warmth... Some of it's there, probably from Nitrox, but it's like... It's hollow. Emotional hurt is what's causing that hollow spot...

[Is it okay if I take that wolf thing back?] Jade:Oh? I-I don't know why... (Jade was nervous. This kid was just made today! She couldn't let her know how broken she was on the inside. Not now. Not ever.)

(That's fine) Celestion: Starlit Phoenixes are known for their incredible intelligence with emotions... You heart? It's like a Jelly doughnut without that filling... -she tilted her head, but she immediately knew she wasn't supposed to go hunting for answers with Nitrox clearing his throat- Nitrox: Young lady, I expect you'd know to keep your noes out of business that isn't yours, right?

Celestion: Yes sir... -she goes back to being with him, refusing to let go, she rode piggyback, something about her made her constantly hug Nitrox, but not even Nitrox knew what it was- Nitrox: Well... -he gives a hearty laugh- Clingy aren't ya? Celestion: -she rests her head on his shoulder- I can't help it... Starlit Phoenixes are known to lose their owners from a tragedy of some sort...

Nitrox: Tragedies? Of what sorts? Celestion: -she grips onto him really right, a few tears flowing from her- All sorts, we're known for really bad luck, but incredible healing factors... Even being able to bring those who passed back from the dead fully restored. But we always have incredible grief after seeing a loved one fatally wounded... Some of us even go with them to the Afterlife...

(Jade sighed, somewhat glad that Nitrox stepped in. She was terrified of the person she had become. She tried to make herself disappear from this world. She went back into the tent, curling up into a ball under a blanket.)

(The next day, Jade woke up feeling absolutely awful, she was sweating profusely, breathing heavily, and she had a look of pain on her face.)

(Sorry, been horribly busy yesterday!) Nitrox: -he woke up, his child still clung onto him, even in her sleep, he sat up, the cool morning air flowing through his damp dewy hair- Hmmm...? -he went to go check on Jade, carrying his child piggyback, his shadow in her usual place, literally in his shadow- -he noticed she's not doing too well- J-Jade? You good? Need me to get you anything?

(Jade was shaking. She couldn't stop shaking, as she held her pillow tightly to her chest. That's when they realized. They had left the tent open all night. How could they miss something like that?!) Jade:H-Hurts...

Celestion: -she warmed up Jade and cured her illness from nature with her Phoenix Abilities- Are you well Aunty? -it was just then some rebellion members who despised the Red Army started to try and gun down the tent, Nitrox melting the bullets with his Engine Overclock ability, sparks flying off of him- CELESTION! GET HER OUT OF HERE! Celestion: What about you?! I can't just leave you!!
