    didn't it look like a person…? Her head whispered caution, but her kind heart would not heed it. She went near, and found that she was right. Pale and weary, she had found a young boy, but unlike any boy she knew. He was the size and shape of a young lad, but his features were fish-like. Instead of hair, a fin adorned the back of his head.     His skin was thin, but covered in a sprinkling of scales. His feet were closer in shape to flippers than her human feet (which were aching at that point, not that she noticed, too worried about the boy). She did not know anything about the Zora race, nor the tragic fate thar had befallen them, knew not even her own name. But she knew one thing then, and that was that the boy needed help. (cont.)

    Without hesitation, she lifted him, against the protests of her own exhausted body. Bracing herself for the task, she carried both of them to the safety of Hyrule Castle. And thus did Ilia of Ordon save the life of the Zora Prince Ralis. (end) This is one of the stories I've been planning to write. I deeply admire Ilia for being one of the most compassionate characters in LoZ.

    Her saving Prince Ralis while suffering amnesia is no small feat. She's a clearly a deeply caring person. I wish the game had expanded on this and other characters' stories, but it does give me material to write.
