TBH, you aren't missing out on much when kissing is involved. But hugging, saying you've never (or rarely if at all) been hugged is a pitiable for certain. Were your parents just not very intentive towards you. Is that the source of your chronic depression. Am I just too deep into things?

the thing is, i have Autism Spectrum Disorder, so at a young age i would refuse physical contact now that i'm more romantic and matured, kissing and hugging sounds like something i need to have done and it could be the cause, i never met my biological father, my stepdad is hateful, and my mom was never really into giving me lots of attention

He left when i was very young, so i don't remember him at all and i have multiple mental disorders, lmao Major depression, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and as i already said, Autism. And if you count gender disphoria as a disorder i have that too

It's okay if you blurt things out. It sounds like you haven't had a very healthy normal life. I just hope things can get better for you. Depression is much more serious than a lot of people realize, and with all of your issues I'd imagine being truly happy must be very difficult.
