My philosophy exactly. It's why I hate the phrase 'Ignorance is bliss.' Those who try to avoid all the harshness of reality crumble when it's forced upon them. Remaining ignorant and trying to stay complacent is a form of regression and I DESPISE it when people act like that.

Same.To be honest-and this is going to sound horrible-people who act so oblivious to the world tend to bring out my bad side.XD But I take pride in my self control so every time somebody says something really out there to me,I just sort of take a deep breath and try to tell them-as civilly as possible-how unrealistic & delusional they are...
