I'm not 100% sure, but I think you might be at the normal weight. I'm 5'2 and 110lbs and I'm at normal weight. So I guess 5'5 and 117lbs is normal. I mean, that's just a hunch that I have. Maybe try asking your doctor (←I suggest doing this in my opinion), or doing some online research for a better answer.

I can't give give you much of an answer since I'm North Korean. But, you're normal weight. To-be considered "overweight" you'll need to-be over 195 lbs.
