It's always amazing when I sit down and realize just how much I've grown and changed. 8-year-old me was afraid of the dark, hated being alone, and was just a bratty kid when it came to manners. 9 years later, I find myself loving dark environments, prefering to be a lone wolf, and MUCH more mature than my 8-year-old self. There are other differences here and there, but I think you get the point.
