Hey, guys! So, I've been working on a villain character to act as a foil to my hero OC's. So far I have a concept of what this character's theme and name is but I'm not quite settled on a design or distinct personality. I was wondering if some of you would want to pitch a few ideas or even a drawing. A description will be posted below.
