New Sonic Mania Footage

Dat new Chemical Plant tho. Loving al the new gimmicks. Love the DNA strands, the Wacky Workbench gelatin and the platform hopping sticky stuff. I also heard a little bit of Metallic Madness Present (JPN) music in the song remix. Also...DAT REMIX! Somebody loop that for like 30 minutes please. I hope they shadow drop a demo at E3. I need this game in my life.

    I know this is a return to classic Sonic, but me personally, I'm getting a little sick and worried about many returning zones have been shown to us. I was more okay with this until they started showing more than just Green Hill and Flying Battery return. I know there's new zones and content and all, and Stardust Speedway tries something a bit different, but it still kinda bothers me.

    @RyanThe1st: Aaron Webber said they're focusing on revealing the returning levels as to not spoil the surprise of the new stages when the game releases (granted that's probably all PR talk.) I do think Chemical Plant is a little on the generic side as we just got Chemical Plant in Generations. I would like to see a heavier focus on new stages over the old.

    Aren't the creators of Sonic Mania focusing on 1 returning Zone per Classic Sonic game? If that were the case, if, for example, Aquatic Ruin Zone from Sonic 2 returned to Sonic Mania, there won't be another Sonic 2 Zone returning to Sonic Mania.

    @Pablo: Yeah, it looks pretty neat. I'm not sure how many returning zones will be in the game. You might be right tho about the one returning Zone per game tho. I notice they're once again avoiding Sonic 3 like the plague, lol.

    @Lotus: Ugh, Admins. Yeah I'm glad they did that too. I hope they continue to do more, maybe with some of their other franchises. I'd love to see the Streets of Rage fans rock out a fourth game in the series.
