    まあざっくり言えば、湾曲が軽い場合(コブ角25度未満)には、定期的にX線写真を撮影し、様子を見ます。コブ角25度以上で成長が1年以上見込まれる場合には、装具による治療を行います。思春期以下でコブ角45~50度以上の側湾症では、手術により固定術を行います。 説明下手でごめんなさい。
