cold shower or bath for a sun burn

i got a major sunburn yesterday and was wondering what should i do

A cold bath should help, also there are skin lotions that are made for sun burns. Hopes this helps you bro.

i covered myself in gell substance and i feel better

Use Cocoa butter,I applied that on my skin once or twice a day for a couple days and that helped it go away,hope that helps!

If you start getting multiple and/or very large blisters, blood or nausea then you should probably go to your doctor.
