Well my only other suggestions are to double check spelling and make sure there are no spaces. Have you entered the code before?

Only KIRBYBIRTHDAY works in America, even APPLEJUICE was pulled out of Europe servers when it was discovered and SWEETGEMZ still only works in Europe last time I checked, it can get pulled out of Europe servers soon too, Japan passwords are starting to expire. Maybe during E3 we will have a real new password.
