I think Nintendo could add a other new character for ssb (apart from Snake) Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell, courtesy of Ubisoft. What think you? I think it would be a good idea!

I'd rather have Simon Belmont from the Castlevania series. He has more history with Nintendo than most other non-Nintendo characters that are not called Mega Man.

Well, it seems as though many are wanting Chrom from Fire Emblem Awakening to appear in Smash Bros 4. No FE characters are confirmed YET, but I think Marth will return and Chrom will be new.
