Great lost all my gear in the palace at the end, all sewers are locked which is stupid, pretty much impossible to make my way to the palace and back with a bat and pistol.

    Given up, until I lost my gear I'd only lost 4 people :( Spent 3 hours trying to get back to the palace and back in one piece, but armed with nothing but the bat it's pretty impossible. Gutted.

    I always did think it was really stupid how they lock all the quick travel points at the end. There isn't even an in game explanation lol.

    Luckily I finished it last year at launch, so I've seen the end before. Still annoyed me though I was doing so well !

    same happened to me on my first playthrough. somehow i managed to see the credits but armed with only a bat and pistol, died at the first exploding zombie.

    I just went an done it, the cctv was pretty useless but after few hours had half my stuff back, game froze on my way to the tower luckily I saved! Some how made it threw the tower with 2 flairs!

    Pretty sure I didnt make it to the top of the tower on my first playthrough, it was certainly luck not skill though! Great game would love a more polished sequel, shame it looks unlikely though.
