    Yes, it is. You can play this game with up to four players offline. And even though it can be hectic sometimes, it's a lot of fun! Recommended if you like these types of games. ;-)

    I wouldn't call it an RPG. It's similar to games like Final Fight and Streets of Rage. It has a few elements that are found in RPG's, such as leveling up and shops, but not much.

    Perhaps you could look the game up on the internet to determine if it's something you'd be willing to pay the asking price for. I had never played them before, but found them very enjoyable.
