    MH4 has no doubt boosted 3DS number but actually, the 3DS has been on top in Japan for months and months, before Monster Hunter 4 released.

    I check the #s every week & the 3DS averages about 150,000 units sold per week. That's almost 8,000,000 a year without counting the spikes when games like MH4 drop. The 3DS def holds the Iron Throne!

    @andrew - it's not. Keep in mind the PSV has been out for two years now and the Wii U just for one. So if the Wii U is about to pass the Vita in weekly sales in just it's first year that's good
