Question

Please help me. I have no idea how to activate that thingie over there. I've blown up the windows on the top floor, but the light doesn't come to this one. Is there anything I'm missing?

    Near the beginning of the dungeon there is a bombable platform that needs to be destroyed to allow light to shine through.
