    You have to do one battle in the Battle Maison, go to the top of the city, battle your rival and then she tells you what to do, I think.

    Go to Kiloude City, win one battle in the Battle Maison, then beat your rival at the top of Kiloude, then head to Anistar's Sundial, and Sycamore will be there to upgrade your Mega Ring.
