@Gage Yeah but he would still be abnormally big if you scale him down to a size in which the proportions are not too different.

Sakurai can scale down Ridley's height. He can get in because he's a secondary Metroid character and he's an important character. We do need more villains though.

@Gage @Red I understand but stik, he's way too big... anyway maybe to make it more franchise-balanced they could cut off some Mario characters and add more Kirby, Star Fox or Sonic chars...

the chances of ridly are more hurt be the hint of him being in the new metroid stage, if he makes an appearence in there he likly won't be a character. metriod should have more representitives though.

not really. he's a different size in EVERY metroid game, just like bowser. bowser got shrunk dramatically between mario 64 and melee, and no one bats an eye. what makes ridley immune to resizing?

It is very unrealistic. I think it would be more realistic if Ridley was a boss and not a playable character.
