    From what I know, the DLC is unlocked in the game, not the eshop, but you need to finish the game's story first.

    Really ? The newsletter mail from Nintendo said that the DLC would be available as soon as the game comes out, so I assumed we'd be able to get the DLC immediately... Anyway, thanks for telling me !
