Just a few words - I spent over 5 years on XB live and 90% of the people I came across were angry, rude and hostile! In the short time that i've owned a Wii U i've been greeted with warmth and friendliness. Now that's an amazing contrast, and I feel like i've come home! Thanks Nintendo, and thanks to all the fab folks on Miiverse.

will trev sorry to tell you but of course their gonna be nintendo fanboys.What do you expect this is a nintendo system!Thats like going to a starwars convention and saying "about 90% of the people I meet there are starwars fanboys!"Besides the man's post is about being postive.Please don't bring any negative aspects to his post its kinda rude in a way.

Well explained Nenecito. Being a "fanboy" is different from being a fan of something. In the case of games consoles, "fanboys" feel they need to defend their chosen platform and reject/belittle the chosen hardware of others! That's pretty narrow minded, and if you think about it they only miss out on more good stuff. I'm a fan of good games, simple as that.

It just means you love a particular product,company,sports team,movie franchise or actor/singer.Real fanboys don't expect what they love to be like the others!They never compare."Why can't al pacino make movies like robert de nero!Why can't nintendo do what sony does!No real fanboys embrace what they like...

about said company never comparing to others.If their is criticism it for things that a warrant dealing something that particular company is lacking on which their known to usually excel in!For example lets say the new zelda is filled with game breaking glitches.Its only 5 hours long and its charging for dlc:(Then you will see (my self included lol!)The real nintendo fanboys come out in full force

I'm guessing it's because of the language some will choose to use. When i'm at my mothers i never swear, but when i'm with friends & workmates i can swear like a trooper! believe me, i'm British so i know how to swear really well, but i also know when not to. Admins probably just want Miiverse to be a good network for users of all ages. what d'you think Goat?

Everyones miiverse experience is different i know, but i've used it a ton since launch day & had 1 spoiler report & my profile hidden once for showing friend code (honest mistake) Never been banned or anything close. Seems fine to mews

Procoolguy - Yeah, maybe some are a little bit too defensive but i'm not on here to change peoples opinions, no matter what i think of them. I Don't think i'd get very far anyway! I'm just expressing my own views, and folks can take from it what they want. No point in adding fuel to the fire.
