    If your house is full size - you can choose a mission theme. Then the outside of your house + the rooms should have the same theme. For excample: toyshop, fairytale, trendy ...

    It is not a matter of level. You just choose a theme. And if everything / most things fit+to your theme you get points for it.

    1. your house has to be full size. 2. no more dept for it. 3. choose the theme when he visits you. that can be any time of the year or day.
