    you need to have a power which shoots a blue beam, and it has to be fully charged. if you don't i think you can find it in bombman', gutsman' or elecman' stage

    your supposed to keep creating platforms and jump on them. you find it in elecman' stage. to get it you use gutsman' power on some blocks and you can get it

    You need the Magnet Beam that was behind some blocks in Elec Man's stage, you can destroy the blocks with either Guts Man's or Elec Man's weapons, it's a weapon/tool that creates platforms. If you didn't get it you have to start the game all over, sorry.

    Select "M" in the weapon screen, "shoot" to make a platform, the longer you hold the button the longer the platform will be, keep in mind a long plataform will flicker like crazy.
