Call of Duty®: Black Ops II Community

Just got a copy of Black Ops 2 and it loads up to the activision logo and then it freezes. I've noticed a few tiny scratches but, nothing that looked too serious. I've cleaned it several times but, still nothing. Any suggestions and what I should do?

    I never scratched a game disc, so haven't tried it on a game, but I used to put scratched audio CD's in the freezer. Leave it in overnight (and let it thaw and dry before you use it!) It really does work on CD's.
