    Do you mean to post on the Miiverse? The easiest way is to have the game running. Hit the home button when you get the screenshot you want. Then you open the Miiverse. You can make a new post or reply, but when you are composing your message you will see an icon like a landscape with a plus sign. Click that, pick your screen, and then post as normal. Here is a random stat screen for you. ;-)

    Does that help? Keep in mind there are some games that don't allow screen shots. Also, I think you need to be posting in the community of the game you are using. Not sure about that one though. :S
