    100% crit is possible on any not-DLC enemy and works with everyone but one when we take DLC into account (There's a Sorceror in Apotheosis who has 99 Luck).

    Well of course 100% crit is possible, case in point; Lunatic +. If I'm honest, I thought around 50% was the max without grinding and min-maxing.
