Yep. You wouldn't stand a chance on Apotheosis. Personally speaking, the furthest I got was to the final set of its hard mode but I opted out of it because my army was, at that point, consistent of Chrom and myself. And although my Avatar is amazing, attempting further would've been stupid. But, I was doing things my own way and not using entirely capped characters or common strategies.
