and im a bit curious why they didn't add a small detail about lucina morgan and owain possibly having both grima's blood and naga's blood

There are 2 reasons as to why it's called Lunatic+: 1)It's harder than Lunatic. 2)Many of the enemy skills include a + in their name eg: Vantage+, Luna+... I think it's a very fitting name.

that too now it seems alot more fitting but an enemy anna with rightful g'od is not fitting at all

The game gives no explanation in that regard since Apotheosis isn't about story, it's solely about Gameplay. Besides there are more enemies than just Anna who have that skill.
