Can someone please tell me what to do here? I have the door key and have killed all the guards on the ground but when I try to get up the stairs, there are no available spaces for anyone to move at the top.

    You need to open the doors using said door key. With that done you should have ample space soon after.

    You'll need to use the character that has the key to open the door (look through each characters inventory to see who has it). Only that character can open the door.
