Don't I know it. It got me into a lot of trouble, that I was blissfully unaware of all the way through a five hour tournament. People were not happy, like I knew what was happening, or was somehow causing it. Lol I guess I'm an easy target. Way too placid. Well, that was my first miiverse drama ever...I wish I'd have been more awake for it.
Heyo Jonathan, no drama from me! I am familiar with lag and how it works in mk8. I deleted my tournament post and am going back to popping into regionals...but will also do global if you want to race again sometime? Sorry you had to deal with that.
Thank you Ivy. CJ here will tell you, once I start a tournament I'll usually stay whilst people want to race. I more often then not do this whilst losing over and over again. I thought by staying I was just doing my bit when the numbers fell. The problem with lag is, from my end I finished first in the races I won. I had no idea it was so bad for others. I felt terrible about it. I can't set up...
...a tournament, so I certainly can't rig results. Lol. I was just in a very good mood and enjoying the racing. I had been to the hospital for a scan, and got the all clear. So I was just there to enjoy it, and was kind of celebrating.
Oh my gosh, please don't feel terrible for something that was out of your control. It makes me really sad and angry that fingers were pointed at you somehow manipulating the race when lag is a common problem. It's online play, there will always be issues is my motto.
I have no room for that kind of drama and won't be racing with anyone who posts screenshots trying to 'prove' why they lost....
Glad you got the all clear on a scan Jonathan and hope things are going well helping with a school project. :) I did gardening today, something I really shouldn't do but it looked loads better when finished.

Manda, I hope you had a nice time in the garden and didn't over do it. It takes a lot of work to stay on top of ours. I don't want anybody to think I'm seriously ill, because I'm not, thankfully. I have an enlarged lymph node that hasn't returned to normal size after five months. I was worried when they wanted to scan it, but everything is fine. No pain, or illness.
@Ivy Sorry. The large part of your message hadn't come through when I responded (lag). You have nothing to be sorry about. I hope it's long forgotten. I admire people's passion for the game. I suffer lag but it doesn't bother me, because I just I enjoy the time with friends, but I know it's very important to some people, and they put in a lot of time and effort into perfecting their skills.
I'm relieved to hear that you're alright Jonathan. :) Yeah, our garden takes quite a lot to maintain as well. It had overgrown a lot over the winter so we were trying to deal with all of that. It's something I really shouldn't do, but it doesn't sort itself, lol!

Oh my, we have nothing like that in our garden. That makes our garden seem like paradise compared to yours, lol! Yes, 9 weeks so far for my results. And what's worse are msgs are not returned. And I am tight on time as I need these results before treatment at another place! I have that appointment next month! To be honest, the situation has made me very upset. I have done a complaint, I have to hope something will get done now, however, I'm not hopeful.

Thanks Jonathan. I have already explained that the situation is making my existing conditions worse and I get no response. I feel too unwell to call everyday, and I get brain fog with exhaustion, so I find calls hard. I get anxiety with it as well. I have tried all methods of communication and nothing has worked. This always happens to me no matter what treatment I need. I don't know why. :(

Thanks for letting me know Marc. My wife does shift work, so it's just not lined up for me to enter yet, but it will. I finally got to enter Scott's for the first time this week, and I always check to see when yours will be on. I've never raced a few of the people I see in your tournament, so I'm really looking forward to getting a chance.
It just comes down to who's holding a tournament when I'm on. Yours is on every night, which is good for me and my changing availability. Marc's changes as well, because of shifts, so I just keep missing it. It's just a run of unfortunate timing. How are you CJ?

Hi CJ. Hi Rick. Splatoon came this morning! Hooray. My daughter is playing it now. Rick, do you know anything about the rating system that changes between matches (not levelling up). The one that tells you if you're red hot or lukewarm. I was wondering if it maxed out at 10? I got to 9.5 but then lost a few matches, but it didn't look like there was much more room for flags on it.

Sure, I just mentioned Zelda because some people believe it won't be, but from what I've read, I too believe it will be 2017/18 for nx. I think I've already mentioned this to CJ. If doesn't even shows at E3 until 2016. But I read one comment that said, if Splatoon fails, it will be the last game on the Wii U. lol Lots of people believe things like that.
