    I take it you are new to Bow? Playing Bow, as with other gunner weapons, takes a lot of knowledge to be effective with. Could you please share some details on how you play the weapon and what your bow you're using? That'll make it easier for me to give you some meaningful tips.

    @Jasper: Not really that new. I'd want to start gunning tho, had some fun already. I'm not good at describing but i can say i was charging and doing powershots after most arrows. @Filip: Which armor has that (low rank materials)?

    Loading is only important on a select few bows that you won't encounter anytime soon, and is very difficult to get in low rank anyway. You'd have to mix Gore Magala and Seltas armour for that if you wanted it. Focus is much more important for Bows, because it boosts charge speed. Unfortunately, fastcharge is completely unobtainable in low rank.

    Now, your charging behavior is good. Lvl 3 charge shots vastly outdamage uncharged shots. Do you also take critical distance into account? If your screen shakes when your arrows connect, you'll do more damage than usual. If not, you'll do less. It depends on wether you fire Rapid, Pierce, or Spread shots. On another note, Congalala is immune to dragon damage. That probably explains a lot.

    That bow has: Lv1 spread, Lv2 pierce, Lv3 spread. I know the critical distance thing already, i've done some research myself yesterday. I think we should play (tomorrow) and see...

    Ok, that's good. Last note I'll leave before I go to bed, make good use of your bow's available coatings. Status-inflicting coatings will override your bow's element for as long as their active, but can be very useful in the right circumstances. The big one is Power Coating, though. You can carry 50 and they boost the power of your shots by 50% each. If your bow supports them, they are amazing.

    Marathon Runner & Stamina Rec Up are good skills for Power Shot bows. Focus is available in High Rank on Lagiacrus & Kushala armor. Load Up you get from Zinogre U (which is also good for bows with Evasion & Peak Performance). Zinogre U is also good in combination with the Seregios Bow. And for me the 2 best bows in–game are the Seregios Bow & Dalamadur Bow (leaving out relic bows).

    You should also to try gem in Use Power C+ on non–Power Coating bows. And my first armor was also Nerscylla.
